Static Repository Gateway for small publishers

Welcome! This service improves access to the output of small publishers by allowing their bibliographic records to be distributed to union catalogues and other metadata aggregation services.

This is achieved by allowing those services to harvest the records using the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH). The protocol requires the records to use a specific format. This Gateway enables harvesting of a file of such records called a static repository, and it complies with the Specification for an OAI Static Repository and an OAI Static Repository Gateway.
